Our friend Ross Dean was kind enough to send us some real-world examples of how he’s using Kismet templates. Kismet emails are pre-written, pre-designed marketing templates, just for photographers.
In this first template, “What’s New,” Ross is sending this email to clients as a monthly newsletter to keep them in the know. You could pull the last two blog posts of a wedding you’ve shot or here, Ross highlights a local vendor in his area.
In the second email, Ross is using the template to communicate to clients that he will be at an upcoming wedding show. This is great for getting clients (or potential clients) to come out and meet him in person. Kismet emails are just a great way to stay in contact with and market to your client list. And email marketing is the easiest, least expensive way to add profits to your business.
